I addressed some of the feedback I received from ansh on the `Edit privileges` PR I had made the week before.

It still needs some work

Hopefully I'll pick up pace this week once monkey is around.

Pratha-Fish: on test.meb you can give yourself admin prvs. or login as anyone with admin privs (all password are reset as "mb")

as for test irc channel.. I'd say just make one you can do whatever like /join #lolsmbtest and it will be a chan, you can register with /chanserv register blup

I would assume that if your mbdocker is a test thing you an as usually just edit the user as being area-editor
