Weblate sees the changes to the POT files, and when the PO files are updated (in Weblate) they are pushed to the repo. readthedocs watches the repo and updates whenever the files are updated.

People would see the string to translate in Weblate (with the latest translation), but would see the untranslated string in readthedocs until the chames were pushed from Weblate.

wiki is easy to use and for multiple users to edit the same page
it's a mess right now it was started but not maintained it's a really tricky site to translate so I'd rather not focus on it yet

japanse translation would be acebeems, because we would get loads fo japanese nerds adding things that are not just wetern-interest (ie j-pop/rock/metal etc)
