aerozol: I had a doubt regarding brainzplayer design in LB android. In the finalized screens, there are no components reg playlists.. could you once clarify that.. thanks

There may be a miscommunication, when I think of BrainzPlayer I think of the actual player itself, e.g. the UI for play, pause, etc. Perhaps that is what the whole ‘local library’ section/browser is called on the app?

If so, then I did those mockups but haven’t touched anything like queue/the play interface itself (yet)

Which menu or how should the menu look? Coz ig user must be able to select from a list of playlists

I'm using Jellyfin + Listenbrainz plugin and love the setup, because I get to track my listening habits and get to use my private collection.

orenda[m]: are you resolving playlists to jellyfin at all?

pranav: hmm that option may be out of scope… I probably grabbed the menu items off the LB website. Or maybe your up to the task/it’s possible? But we don’t have playlists in the app yet, do we - e.g. https://listenbrainz.org/user/aerozol/playlists/

But if you think it’s something we should do then I’m happy to provide more mockups

mayhem: no idea about playlists atm, but i'll take a look tomorrow. for the listens thing, i think monkey fixed the ui/ux issue pending deployment. will take care of it as well tomorrow.
