Which ideally should be merged with the other but dunno if that's even a thing in jira 🤷♂️
Jigen
I feel we might have done this backwards, maybe if the catcat oauth account on jira hadn't excisted first (i forgot i tried oauth before )
yvanzo[m]
I thought it wouldn’t accept it. The username is not for display though, only the full name is displayed.
Jigen
sure, but dispaly isn't an issue here

<relaxo[m]> "Is it known that brainz player..." <- Hi relaxo ! Can you please share your musicbrainz id and the listens you're trying to play. It'll help us to track the issue better.
reosarevok[m]
yvanzo: yeah I was trying to make it match the MB username because I thought that'd matter for oauth - guess not, heh! :)
yvanzo[m]
The username wasn’t an issue either.
Yes, it doesn’t matter for SSO.
Also, it doesn’t seem possible to merge Jira accounts. I didn’t find any app claiming to do that either.
Jigen
wait so, theoretically if there had been *no* oauth account with that email already, what would have happened if i tried oauth then? 🤔
eg "she founded the institute" (hun grunnla insituttet) vs "the institute was founded" (instituttet ble grunnlagt)
reosarevok[m]
I think that's supposed to be "X founded Y"
For artist-artist, artist-label, artist-place
(the opposite direction is either "founded by" or "founders" - which tbh probably should be the same for all...)

I was trying to replicate this issue: https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/LB-1599 in ListenBrainz. However, I am unable to export a normal playlist without any description to spotify too. It keeps on saying unknown error occured. Does this require a spotify premium account?
BrainzBot
LB-1599: Weekly Mix export to Spotify fails (description too long)

ngh i still don't really know how to translate "engineer" (ingeniør?)
teknikker er vel det riktige navnet
reosarevok[m]
yvanzo: tested, worked for me, no diff other than creation date
Seems bitmap did hit some issue though :)

Jade: hi! I just realized what time it is, sorry. how is the project going, any updates since monday?

Jade[m]
Hi bitmap ! No worries
I've been working on upstreaming the change to mrml a bit more today
Plus I've been working more on the translation stuff
Some stuff with renting for next year ate up my Monday though unfortunately :(
And my Friday's booked with a medical thing
But I am making progress despite a sort of half-week
bitmap[m]
all good :) are you running into any issues with messageformat?
Jade[m]
Nothing that I didn't expect really
I'm brushing up on my parser writing skills, and I should have a nice new library by the end of this
But I'm making progress
bitmap[m]
awesome. do ping me if I can help with anything
Jade[m]
Will do :)

<PrathamGupta[m]> "I was trying to replicate this..." <- Please tell me if I am missing something obvious. I am a first-time contributor.
or should I post about it on the ticket itself.
reosarevok[m]
yvanzo: seems fine now, feel free to merge
Then I can release, unless we want to merge something else today
monkey or lucifer might be able to give you some hints
mayhem[m]
Pratham Gupta: how did you start the server? You should start it with: "./develop.sh up web static_builder". The static_builder bit might be the most relevant portion here.
PrathamGupta[m]
<mayhem[m]> "Pratham Gupta: how did you start..." <- I had just done `./develop.sh up`. I will check with this command.

mayhem: It is still not working. I am getting the same error. This is the error logged on console.
mayhem[m]
yeah, ansh or monkey can help
PrathamGupta[m]
The api is returning a 401, I'll recheck my api keys once again.
yvanzo: it seems so...I don't think we use that flag internally, so perhaps I forgot to test it
monkey[m]
Pratham Gupta: In config.py search for `API_URL`. you can either point it to your local environment (`localhost:8100`) or to the prod API (`api.listenbrainz.org`). Check which one is commented out.
