If you're not getting prompted to add more info such as email and what not(I'm not sure what happens if you click a invite link when not logged in) try going to <https://discord.com/register>; first to register then use the MB invite link. Would be yet another account, but maybe less issues then? Maybe someone more experienced with discord knows

You were probably into invited mode, aka without an account. but yeah, creating an account first is better
