Last week I finally set up the Windows code signing for Picard using Azure Trusted Signing. It's running well and actually simplified our Github Actions pipeline.

I also set up Windows and macOS code signing for the libdiscid binaries built with Github Actions. And while I was at it I fixed and updated the build pipeline. I'd like to do a new libdiscid release soon. Not much has changed, but there is a fix for the cmake build and the code signing also is useful.
