lucifer has there been any prior work or discussions on integrating Deezer, or will this be a fresh implementation, Are there any initial insights or problems that have already been identified

shivang_: it will have to be a fresh implementation. for reference there is a spotify integration in LB, however last time i checked deezer stopped onboarding new OAuth applications. so you'll have to check if its possible to do that.

but unless deezer is allowing new oauth apps at the moment, it would not be possible to actually implement the project

mayhem: can you please check if you are able to register a new oauth app here, https://developers.deezer.com/. they seem to be blocking both my vpn and socks proxy.

once you are able to open the APIs, there should be some button to create an oauth app or a banner saying its not allowed.

Thanks, I'll check it out. My sleep statements were I think 3 seconds and stuff was working for several weeks, but I'll see if there's anything there I wasn't following and try things again

do you set a user-agent header? if not, that is your problem.

i think i was for ListenBrainz but not MusicBrainz, I'll read up on how to do that
