If you ever want to do more work in this space derat, I have always wanted to change the design to be a bit more ‘wizard-y’ for those bubbles, with nice consistent icons for style guide/doc links, and clear differentiation between compulsory and optional fields. If this is something you are keen on doing let me know and we can collaborate when we’re both free! Otherwise all good, these changes are already great

by the way, i was amazed by openstreetmap.org's onboarding flow when i saw it a few days ago. interactive tutorial that walks you through editing a street, adding a building, adding a point of interest, etc. really impressive and worth checking out if you haven't seen it -- must've been a ton of work to create

Ooh, I just clicked that we always link to docs, never to guidelines? It seems guidelines would be relevant for most new editors (I’m just looking at the text for pseudo releases now)
I would quite like to see something like consistent “documentation | editing guidelines” links at the bottom of every bubble (where those pages are available)
