yvanzo, bitmap: I tried to update https://github.com/metabrainz/mbdata/pull/71 - see if it seems good. Tests fail to install poetry, which I assume it's unrelated to my changes 😅

(we'll still want to do a second update and change the branch back to master eventually, but)

poetry 2.0 dropped support for python 3.8

yeah, check the .github dir for the workflow file, it should be somewhere in there
