Random chance - basically, I had missed it was going to do that, and I stopped it when I saw it was doing more than just actually updating the files locally

Which happened to be after tagging but before pypi

Since my intention had been to put the stuff up for review, which only later I saw is not how that repo works :)

(so, I freaked out, ctrl+c'd it, it happened to have done just as much as I needed for sir just out of sheer dumb luck AFAICT)
