bitmap, aerozol: MBS-14120 seems quite sensible to me, and probably trivial enough - we probably wouldn't want a modbot edit note for all of this though, that'd be horrible spam for the editor.
Should we auto-insert something on the edit note (at the start or end) like "entered from release X" which we don't even show the editor when entering it? Should we pre-seed the edit note with the info, but allow the user to remove or edit it, like importer userscripts do?
