yvanzo: So, I figured out the issue with the mtcaptcha test key. The test key isn't a replacement for the private key. You are only supposed to pass the test key to `enableTestMode`, and on the server you still use the standard private key.

We also do have to disable mtcaptcha in the perl/www-mechanize tests, because it requires JavaScript, but I'm working on updating the Selenium test at t/selenium/Create_Account.json5 to use the captcha
yvanzo: Tests are now passing in https://github.com/metabrainz/musicbrainz-server/… so I removed the debug callbacks. All that's left is "Open a pull request (provisioned by @yvanzo) to the repository metabrainz.org" :)
