adhawkins (IRC): thanks for the PR! re: pulling in the artwork-redirect code, I think we should follow how the sir service does it: copy in artwork-redirect Dockerfile, and modify it to pull the code from git

adhawkins (IRC): pushed the changes. :) do you mind if we rename compose/artwork-server.yml to compose/artwork-redirect.yml too? because in the future we'll want to add other services for local CAA development (the indexer and S3 simulator) so 'server' might be ambiguous
