<chaban[m]> "I have noticed that MB occasiona..." <- if I'm reading the bot-detector config correctly, we do temporarily block IPs that trigger repeated 429 / 503 error codes from the web service. I don't think submitting edits should trigger that though, unless a bunch of installed userscripts are making web service requests
