bitmap, yvanzo : I started mb prod containers on rather inactive yehudi, and stopped them on pink

it will free resources for pink's pg

bitmap: I noticed openresty gets reload signals while there's no change in docker-server-configs json files, I'm not sure if it's a consul or consul-template or (likely) a git2consul issue yet, I'll resume on my git2consul alternative, but also have to plan consul + consul template upgrades

plus a side issue: consul-template sends multiple sighup to nginx in some cases, causing it do reload multiple times in a row, it has an impact on traffic when it happens (that's graceful reloads, but...)

Is it possible to include an edit note (perhaps as part of the xml payload) when submitting via the ws api?

rdswift: (might be totally not related to what you're asking, but) I know it's possible to seed edit note fields with text via user script (import bandcamp, jesus' merge recording script)

so, depending on how the script is submitting things.. maybe?

I don't think the seeding is done through the api, but rather through a form.
