aerozol: the ordering is a bit of a lucky coincidence. it just so happens that the numerical ids more or less follow what we expect to be "normal" (the context of this is "what do you expect to be the album/release where Song X by artist Y first appears", we want to choose an official album first if it exists, but if not maybe a live album, or perhaps an EP, or perhaps something else, but treat those as lower priority)
