reosarevok: The message is great, thanks. Events are probably more important to concert promoters for example, but I guess we can change that after some time if there is any demand. It would be a great surprise if such type of label was more often submitted.
      • reosarevok
Yeah, I agree with that, and eventually I kinda would like to have tabs that only show for some subtypes
      • (MBS-10079 is my main use case for that idea)

(but events for a new "promoter" label type would fit too)

Pratha-Fish: I would recommend still you to create a sample database for occasional tests even if you’re not using it for musicbrainz-bot’s CI tests.
      • Pratha-Fish: Check `docker-compose logs musicbrainz` for some more helpful error message/trace.

mayhem, monkey: I'm confused. I'm listening to the last King Gizzard album (I hadn't paid much attention to them before). Every song sounds almost exactly like every other one (with a lot of screaming of the one or two words in the title), and yet I'm not getting tired of it
      • Weird.
      • mayhem isn't a fan
      • Oh, I see, you were just acting as the Oracle of the AI
      • :D
      • Unrelatedly, I'm glad to see I *probably* still won't have to scream a mandatory "viva Franco y viva España" on entering the country for the summit.
      • (if that's not yet a Vox policy proposal then I guess they'll come up with it soon enough)
      • Thanks again for all the review work today <3

reosarevok: yeah, the worst didn't happen, but there is a lot to yet happen...
      • reosarevok
Sure. But "not the worst" is a good starting point
      • Maybe we'll even get to "surprisingly ok". Maybe not.
      • mayhem
        fingers crossed.

      • lucifer: I’m getting weird intermittent cover art lapses on LB again, even when the recordings are matched: https://listenbrainz.org/user/aerozol/
      • mayhem
that's an internet archive issue, not us.
      • aerozol
mayhem: it’s specific listens/albums that don’t attempt to load an image over the last week
      • Others load just fine. Weird. In the past this has happened and lucifer kicked something… (note to self to get rid of the old image placeholder icon when I’m back)
      • mayhem
Yep, totally plausible. We have to live with it.
      • aerozol
CAA is serving the images fine
      • Ah, might be the ones without a release_mbid in the submission (submitted via Web Scrobbler or manual link to recording) aren’t grabbing a cover
