outsidecontext: review commit by commit, I tried to keep steps small. I suspect some (unrelated) issues with metadata_images_changed signal emission, during the move I noticed it might not be emitted when it should in all cases (but the patch itself makes no change in this regard). I noticed a weird bug when adding a cover art manually (from disk, in the metadata box cover art context menu), sometimes the parent Album doesn't show the change

I cancelled the update because I just noticed an important change somehow got reverted from the PR (only aphex was updated, but I put it back into maintenance mode)
yvanzo: it looks like we just need to add a new configuration variable to indicate usage of HTTPS? it looks like HTTPS requests should just work as they are made using a LWP UA instance
