Epic day for Hīkoi (walk/march) to parliament today here in Aotearoa New Zealand ✊️✊️✊️
Context: We had a very large protest march about the intended watering down of one of our founding documents, that grants sovereignty and a bunch of other important rights to our indigenous people. Much bigger turnout than I expected! Really big! Wonderful day for the country.
Brewster said that there is a script to backup/sync a collection to the local fs. but since the hack, he hasn't responded to my emails (understandably). I was wondering if you could ask on the IA irc where I could find this script? We need to start backing up the CAA and EAA.

btw tīma, I saw online that a lot of people use tunemymusic.com to migrate and sync playlists, I gave them an email telling them to get in touch if they had any questions about adding ListenBrainz support
Interesting that the CAA outage affected our edit numbers so heavily. Hard to say exactly, because it’s not consistent, but 5-10k less edits. The red lines are the outage and the return of the CAA:

Ooh ansh, let me know if you have any questions re. the genre explorer ticket. I already made mockups but I didn’t spend ages on them because it wasn’t sure someone would pick them up, so there might be gaps
Looking at the ticket (LB-1509) there is a lot of scope for extra cool stuff, mentioned in the comments. Particularly overlaying genre and artist maps in the same interface. But seems complex… see what you think :D
