the current script will fail unless you have the signing key available locally (i don't), so you would need to comment out the -u args to git tag and you also probably want to comment out the two git push when testing it.

is it possible your mmd-schema submodule is on a different commit or something?
hmm, maybe that's not relevant i tested changing it to master or a different commit and it still generates a valid tag (although a very gnarly one in the second case)

oh here is something I've always wondered: why in the fresh hells does jira have both a "has related issue" and"is related to"
and the one is the opposite of the other so you can make clean links of groups of things because they all do this thing where they group weirdly.
for "depends on" / "has dependency" this sort of thing makes sense but honestly grmmatically I don't see any diff on "has related" / "is related to"
