        okay, for some reason. your local database got deleted.

        stopping the container doesn't do that, the docker volume was/got removed.
      • run the two commands to recreate your database from the docs.
      • ./develop.sh manage init_db -c and ./develop.sh manage init_ts_db -c

        should i delete this db or everything from the docker and then run these two commands ? and then build again

        the database was deleted already which is why you faced the error. you just need to run the two commands and the website will load fine again.
