holycow23: i think its an issue from the hdfs library that we use to communicate with the namenode, instead of returning the actual connection error its returning a PathNotFoundError.

i looked into it and fixed the issue. i think its an issue with funkwhale backend opening too many database cnnections.

I think it's probably a better flow anyway to have a community celebration notice *after* the auto auditor has been voted in - maybe we prompt the user to do that after the election has finished? lucifer: Everything for genre is working for now but the test is failing since the test calls `get_genre_activity("all_time")` which triggers code that tries to load genre data from HDFS using `read_files_from_HDFS('/recording_genre')` and the function attempts to read a parquet file from `hdfs://namenode:9000/recording_genre` and this directory doesn't exist.
