Last week I added development docker containers and set up all the infrastructure around postgres databases. I set up a migration system and a table for keeping sessions, but not the timeline yet.

Unfortunately due to some dependancy shenanigans (conflicting sqlite versions) I can't keep both e2ee and migrations enabled at the same time until sqlx update their sqlite version. However, not much of an issue for now given the intended purpose
