reosarevok: yvanzo: recently on github actions we've been seeing severe throttling when trying to download http://archive.apache.org/dist/solr/solr/9.7.0/so… (taking up to an hour and causing the builds to fail). I'm not aware of any mirrors for the archived versions, I guess we should upload this to our ftp, unless you have a better suggestion

Last week I was dealing with some Weblate issues, where it was unexpectedly adding a lot of languages to the picard-docs and picard barcode scanner projects. I investigated the issue and reported it to Weblate. Got a direct response, there is already a fix for this which will come with the next release.
