Short week for me. I worked on the single-page application with ansh and we deployed to beta, found bugs, fixed some, working on others

Also worked on some related refactoring of component

And some PR reviews for BookBrainz

And took some time off to take care of my wife who got surgery. Semi-available only this week too.

Last week I gave an hand to atj on new solr cluster performance testing, we identified a bunch of issues we'll work on this week

Also spent quite a lot of time on Picard refactoring (pulse says On master, 94 files have changed and there have been 160,715 additions and 153,434 deletions. )

I'm continuing on this this week, trying to refactor core elements we couldn't break til now (Picard 3 is a major version change)

I deployed updated certicates for

Last week I continued working on load testing the new Solr cluster

tested various different scenarios and tweaked a lot of settings, with assistance from zas

Last week I majorly worked on some fixes related to SPA which were reported by the community.

I also worked on refactoring the user stats components to cache the queries to reduce API rate limit errors.

And spent some time on refactoring more components to support BrainzPlayer continuous playback and reviewing PRs.

I have my end semester exams starting this week, so I won’t be much active this week.

That’s it for me.

found a few small issues including a dbmirror compilation error which are fixed

will test things on a clone of the production DB this week and start writing the final upgrade notes

Helped reviewing zas' many refactorings and worked on improvements of Picard's oauth implementation. This will ease moving to the new MeB oauth provider once it is ready.
