someone removed the relationships tab for recordings but didn't remove the relationships page

nikki: that was luks work, and I was going to comment on whether on not that's correct

luks: I think I've understood why discogs ARs migration failed: discogs.dat is using discogs release ids as identifiers, while ngs-ars.pl is using MB url ids...

but it has been broken for a long time, and none has noticed it :/
