I have an alert (similar to google alerts except actually working, unlike those :P) for 'musicbrainz', saw several things over the past few days XD

alert where?

it just sends them via email

where do you sign up for the alert?

anyway, I am going to write a blog post with the update from the cake situation.

I got zero alerts from google on the topic of musicbrainz

been getting *mostly* stuff from wikipedia mirrory-things, from talkwalker, but I got some stuff about the cake

but the only google alert I've gotten in months and months was one on my nickname, after posting the most recent blog

ok, I fixed a pile of mistakes and published it now.

I guess the plan is just make a release branched off of v-2013-10-14, tag it, blog it, git merge -s ours it into beta or master at some point before next may?
