cold still, less than earlier in the week

snowstorm coming in tonight meant my flight tomorrow got cancelled so I'm leaving sunday morning instead

Today was really warm for us. The snow has started melting and the sidewalks are a slushy mess

they seem to cancel things pretty easily for MDW

I'm probably just going to camp out at the airport and stay up all night, myself, having to get there for a fairly early flight anyway

when you get 12 hours of use out of it the "pay for a day of internet access" thing actually seems almost worth it :P

Porter (a small Toronto based airline) flies to MDW. They cater mainly to business folk and they've got a posh setup in Newark. They might have a section in MDW as well.

Free wifi, comfier chairs, free soda and coffee

This was all at the actual gate, not an airline lounge

It was kind of in the corner behind a curtain so it wasn't very obvious

Check in for me opened up 24 hours prior to boarding. So I would guess I could have walked up to the machine in that time period to print the pass

I don't think southwest does the mobile boarding pass thingies (well, or MDW doesn't, equally likely), which would at least remove the need for printing

I'm unable to change track #2.5 credits from "Ensemble 0" to just "0" (zero). Edit seems ok until I reach the last step (edit note) which shows a void summary. Indeed, entering edit doesn't change anything to the tracklist. Is this a bug?

could someone please explain "last_updated" column for main tables like "artist" or "release_group". Does that column mean that just artist entry was updated, or it represents also related tables like, artist_meta, etc.

i use some aggregated data from different tables (artist + artist->area->name + artist_alias, etc) and linearize them into flat json, i am thinking of solution, how would i detect changes for my used dataset.

we don't cascade update times

h-darklow: there was once talk about a data feed that would provide that information, but it never got out of prototype

ocharles, thank you, best idea i have thought so far, is add triggers for tables i am interested in and create table where i could aggregate changes

triggers on update/insert/delete would add new entries for changes table, and some script of mine could few times a day check changes, and re-update my flat json

and delete changes after processed
