I am also having a hard time creating a timeline. As I think the project is small to be done in 3 months.

I am thinking of adding "Writing Documentations for Plugin API and Scripting" to it.

As I have seen quite a people say that the docs are not good.

That would be very nice.

I just made my first Picard plugin the other day, and I had to resort to a mix of looking at other code, looking at Picard's source, and code introspection.
