fractalizator: that area sounds great, though I don't remember particular restaurants and with 20 people we should make reservations.

There are cards which can be loaded in super markets etc, though I don't have a clue why that doesn't work for Lidl.

There is a supermarket (ALDI) where you can buy sim cards: http://www.alditalk.de/ I didn't find out yet if you need a german bank account and if you can reload it in the shop.

      • JonnyJD_
I would have thought you can do the same with LIDL..
      • 2013-09-18 26102, 2013

JonnyJD_: me too. but there was something special about the card...

      • ruaok
it may have been a data only plan that didn't spell out the funding bits on the small card it was sold on.

ALDI, LIDL, Edeka, Penny and Tschibo are the shops you can buy sim cards in, I think.

tschibo doesn't have many locations and isn't great. But for some reason my mom still uses that for prepaid (doesn't use data though)

are the instructions on http://musicbrainz.org/doc/MusicBrainz_Server/Set… still correct for the newest VM?

since running that tells me that the table does not exist

      • ruaok
NOTE: Loading replication changes might take a long time. If the VM is more than a couple of weeks old, it might be better for you to import a fresh data set. Drop pre-filled database using command

      • 2013-09-18 26126, 2013

but it tells me that musicbrainz_db database does not exist
      • 2013-09-18 26132, 2013

      • glooop
steps I have done so far:
      • 2013-09-18 26140, 2013

      • glooop
        1. Downloaded latest VM image
      • 2013-09-18 26148, 2013

      • glooop
        2. Downloaded latest data set
      • 2013-09-18 26159, 2013

      • glooop
now I want to import the data set but I'm stuck on dropdb
      • 2013-09-18 26126, 2013

      • glooop
I've tried skipping dropdb and just running the import command outlined here: sted here: https://github.com/metabrainz/musicbrainz-server/…
      • 2013-09-18 26145, 2013

      • glooop
but that quits and tells me the relation already exists :)
      • 2013-09-18 26100, 2013

      • glooop
so one command thinks something is there but the other doesn't see it for some reason
      • 2013-09-18 26107, 2013

      • glooop
(the import command I am using is: ./admin/InitDb.pl -- --createdb --import /tmp/dumps/mbdump*.tar.bz2 --echo)
