the only way we can conceivably have genres is have them as enteties and vote on them/edit them

vote on edits of them

Does it make sense to have main/quite/a bit if most/pretty much all music services, players, etc. only support "main genres"?

Just a thought.

I think MB's got a good response from people, right now I'm helping the devs from reverb.com use it in their hack

this is a very small hackathon though, there can't be more than 20 people … they announced it with fairly short notice
