they want to deliver with FTP.

I'm not terribly keen on setting up an FTP server for this.

navap: room is booked for any day nikki's going to be there (I think that's the widest range); 24th will be quiet, probably, with just nikki/bitmap there

navap: not sure what your level of involvement is likely to be, the original plan had been through the end of the 26th with "everyone" and then trim it down to just the core, but at this point you're the only even debatably non-core person coming, so :)
