stats, cdstubs and cover-art-archive are not edits, but they're not replicated and they're pretty much self-contained so you don't *need* them (you might want them, and they're small enough that you might as well import them)

during the import stage, where it creates the db and imports the data, it fails for the index

yes, dropdb musicbrainz_db, then createdb musicbrainz_db under the sql user

then running the import under musicbrainz

i believe it worked with the previous dump, I had other issues then that prevented the server from starting and I hosed the os install so I started over

that should fail in the same way if the dumps are bad.

I'm importing *everything*. edits and private data. could be 2 hours.

mine takes about 1.5 hours from the import start

not including edit
