Also, given that depending in such a confusing UI makes it hard for everyone who is not a poweruser to select stuff (even though I have documented it, I doubt 90% of users have even heard of the method) it would be good to change it before release

I was at last.fm wednesday and thursday, so I was doing mb work the other 3 days

I've spent my time working on the schema change planning stuff, and gsoc

I just got my gsoc account today, but haven't got round to reading the final reviews yet

yeah, that is taking a bit of time.

(because for some reason, it doesn't automatically renew)

everyone gets thrown out, each year.

i'm sure it didn't happen last year, but never mind, it's sorted now :)

so other than that, a bit more metabrainz work, making sure that's all working and not bit rotting

and the normal JIRA stuff

ok, my week was a mixed bag of a lot of stuff.

lots of fussing over schema change tickets. much cat herding. that continues.

moar frustrations with backup disks. see blog.

I also spent time moving classic to pino.

and you guys will be happy to know that I am using perlbrew for that and that everything lives contained in its own dir.

it sounds like they are in the middle of a big move, thus sam is really busy.
