that took a lot of my time -- much more than I was ready for TBH.

then last week I spend a bunch of time ordering parts.

I though we would only have the budget for 4 servers, but once I filled the shopping cards there was enough money for the 5th server too!

we should have plenty of capacity for a while.

we also had a board meeting this mornign.

do you have a plan for the server topology then too? as in, which machine is doing what for ngs?

the BBC was supposed to nominate Nick to be on the board, but they finally deemed that to be a conflict of interest. :-(

so, we made Carol Smith from google a full board member, in addition to Treasurer/secratary.

which gives Google a voice on our board. which fits and is exciting. :)

and then trying to kludge together 5 servers and get them racked.

which should make for a long, but fun week.

i almost got everything I wanted done - I furthered the work on AR migration, and I am now believe there's only 1 AR that is wrong

also on the migration front I cleaned up empty release groups too

today I finished off the release merging stuff

I think it's a bit rough around the edges, but I wanted to get it to testing before going further

so, almost a great week, only that running mirgations over and over by the end of it drained a lot of energy for the final push

it tends to do that.

but, at least it's all working now :)

I spent all of last week an the "add disc" feature

so that took more time than I had hoped. (though technically still within the estimates on jira because there's three related tickets with fairly large estimates ;)

I finally finished it this morning and pushed it to code review. I needs a fair amount of testing I'm afraid.

it's on test, I just mean I don't think it is ready for master... so wouldn't technically be included in rc2.
