does anyone know if they fixed the problem with the reg entries that picard makes getting curropt and not starting picard correctly?

luks: with helixcommunity being down, we're getting barraged with "we can't download picard" mails.

they are doing system upgrade

I think we should move the downloads to ftp.mb.org and adjust the download links. at least for now.
