/notify should work in any decent irc client.

cheers warp, 'user has been added to your notify list', let's see if it works

If the frontend has been implemented, it probably has the backend in place too.

Prodoc waits for the day that chatzilla becomes a stand-alone app like firefox and thunderbird and gets the love it needs to improve it

Prodoc: In a way ChatZilla is a stand alone app. The Mozilla guys are building rich platform-independent application on top a common framework - The goal is to make this framework the smae for all Mozilla apps, but currently every app ships its own version. You probably can run ChatZilla just with XulRunner...
2007-05-06 12621, 2007
Prodoc
TobiX: yes, it's possible to use XulRunner but that doesn't make it as 'stand-alone' as firefox or thunderbird yet. Right now I use Chatzilla as a firefox plugin, but I don't consider it a plugin, at least it should be, it's a completely different app

I wonder when Firefox and Thunderbird become XulRunner-apps...
2007-05-06 12627, 2007
Prodoc
I'd like to see it become available as a separate install. This way chatzilla e.g. won't get closed when firefox needs to update
"based on"... Seems XULRunner is still a 2nd-class citizen of the Mozilla project...

"XULRunner 1.9 will be the first production release of XULRunner, and will be used and shipped by Firefox 3 (Q2 2007) and SeaMonkey 1.5." - "Used and shipped by"? Cool

Ok... trying to install musicbrainz picard from source. The instructions tell me to install libofa source package, but don't tell me how to do so, and there are no install instructions in the libofa tarball.

What should I select for a DVD[plus] as ReleaseFormat? "DualDisc"? Is that the same?
got it thanks, let me through, and i'll make the changes. ~45 minutes until the next server post, correct?

would intro be a capital "I" for MB? i typically leave capitalization as it appears on the release, but i only work "official" releases
2007-05-06 12615, 2007
yllona
i.e. should it be "Intro" as opposed to "intro"
2007-05-06 12643, 2007
yllona
guess case, adds capitalization without the brackets, add brackets and it's lower case
2007-05-06 12634, 2007
yllona
Jugdish: i think it should be "Intro", unless you can give a solid justification for [intro] or [Intro]
2007-05-06 12646, 2007
Jugdish
no, i wasn't sure about that
2007-05-06 12628, 2007
Jugdish
well...
2007-05-06 12628, 2007
yllona
okay, i'm gonna go with "Intro"
2007-05-06 12641, 2007
Jugdish
to be honest i think it should be [intro] in brackets because it's not an actual song called "Intro", it's probably just the band introducing themselves and getting set up for the concert
2007-05-06 12607, 2007
yllona
as many albums have into tracks... see Jill Scott for reference, but again that's an official release.
2007-05-06 12608, 2007
Jugdish
yeah, i'd vote for "[intro]" on this one, but that's me
2007-05-06 12618, 2007
yllona
are you saying the intro is something like an emcee saying... "and now presenting [name of band]" followed by applause & screaming from the audience :)
yllona: that's kinda different though, being that "Intro" is in parentheses after the title of the first track (and incidentally i think "album intro" should be lowercase there)
2007-05-06 12647, 2007

Most of the live boots I've seen have "Intro"
2007-05-06 12656, 2007

And not any meta-name like "[intro]"

When the first track is just some general noise from the stage and audience going wild
2007-05-06 12636, 2007
yllona
so do you want "Intro" or "intro"?
2007-05-06 12645, 2007
Jugdish
i want "[intro]" :P
2007-05-06 12646, 2007

I've gone with "Intro" so far
2007-05-06 12613, 2007

i don't think you need brackets or parentheses

sure thing, i don't know this band or the bootleg style, tho you're suggested title is good
