That works fine for me, thedude-. Depending on what you're using to perform the request, you may need to URL encode it (I don't believe ':' is a valid querystring character)

When you go to submit a CD toc, would you prefer that it open simply the step 1 page (search for artist or release), or would you rather it attempt to find your release by immediately taking you to either a) the artist search from the "no toc found" page, or b) the release search from the "no toc found" page?

I suggested to him that all 3 would be nice, but definately, I can see the choice of which happens by default being a user option, with the basic toc lookup being the default

1. lookup at MB.

3. if not found, submit/lookup via web to MB

2a. If found at freedb, but not MB, use the user-selected option of the three possibles to trigger a MB toc submission

where can I find the "view discid" link for releases? The page where all the discs are compared (sectors, track durations)? I only know it from edits where discids gets removed
