To the devs: I was looking at the album.attributes integer array and it seems *almost* every album has '0' which supposedly means "Non-Album Track" which doesn't make any sense to me because most music also has a 1 in the array which means it's an album. Does anyone understand this?
      • 2008-09-11 25559, 2008

      • Muzzz
Doesn't that array hold three values whereby the second value is release type?
      • 2008-09-11 25542, 2008

      • dsmiley
I believe all values, (not necessarily 3 but 3 is definitely very common) are values in the array declared here: http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/browser/mb_server/tru…
      • 2008-09-11 25524, 2008

      • dsmiley
Look at the definition of 0, and 1. Seems fine... but then it doesn't explain why loads of albums/releases have #0 and #1 in their attributes array.
      • 2008-09-11 25537, 2008

      • Muzzz
        hmmmm
      • 2008-09-11 25541, 2008

The definitions suggest they aren't compatible.
      • 2008-09-11 25548, 2008

      • dsmiley
Until told otherwise... I consider '0' a nonsensical value that doesn't make any sense as I interpret the data.

Today, if the album is in MB is one factor in my decision to buy, or not. :) (Because I know I will have to go through the hazzle of adding it otherwise...)
