I would have imagined that it would be kept there, even if only to let people know which artist credits for [unknown] to use…

but personally I think it should be voidified or whatever, it was too long ago and most people had no idea how ngs even worked (most people still don't have any idea)

the whole traditional merge was a horrible mess, and I don't want to see the same thing happen for any of those, just because nobody objected more than a year before

in any case, setting "[no artist]" for anything would make no sense to me

somebody made it, recorded it, whatever. "[artist unknown]" might be needed in some cases, no artist makes no sense imho

Frankly, that's not a bad stance, since no one knows how to use VA. I hate getting albums where everything is "VA".

I guess the data, and how it's used (read: tagged) are two entirely different things though.

integrating was fine at first, then it got complicated and I have no idea how I passed (sheer luck? by doing really well on all the other questions? by taking the exam three times? who knows)
