Have several CDs with many items in them. I would rather have a 'one click' way to submit a 'release' to musicbrainz. I have picard and have already registered with musicbrainz. All my attempts result in an empty page begging for EVERYTHING being REtyped.

I think you might want http://musicbrainz.org/doc/MusicBrainz_Picard/P... Add Cluster as Release

I kind of want to merge recording(s) pre 2005 to a recording with a 2005 ISRC, as I can’t find any indication that there is any differences beyond that…

If someone knows it's a dupe, they can merge (and they have in some cases)

But a dupe is at most inaccurate while a reuse can be wrong, so...

Well I know the 2 sound the same, but I can’t be 100% sure of a remaster, though I haven’t found even a tiniest thing that might suggest it… I don’t want to merge when they may be different, but it sort of clutter the recordings list :P

I guess watching spectrals is not enough of an indication…
