This is frustrating...how do I stop two mediums from sharing a tracklist (both have the same pair of Disc IDs attached--though, each Disc ID is really unique to each pressing...must these be first removed from the respective mediums?)

jacobbrett: if you know to which each disc ID applies, I guess removing them from the other ones doesn't hurt
