it's less of a discID problem, then of a DB-problem. The disc ID/TOC does include that the first track start after a lot more than just 2 seconds pregap.

i use the release editor work search and if not found i have an opera search shortcut on JASRAC by name and import it then paste the MBID URL back in release editor (the importer gives you this MBID URL in its first steps)
