I have digipaks with 2-3 CD’s as well, and I don’t call them any differently

the only other things I can think of are trays on both halves (which makes it thicker and leaves nowhere to put the booklet) or stacking them on top of each other

well, you might want to know what it's supposed to be for :P

(all the stuff I have that comes with a book comes in a paper sleeve, so I'm not sure when I would use book)

or card sleeves for the more flexible things like magazines

I was trying to query and dump only artists name that have the same name (namesake) and mbid.

I'd imagine just a select name, gid from artist group by name when count larger than 1 should do

(or something to that effect)

(our code probably looks at aliases and whatnot too)
