you’re removing cue numbers and putting them to latin althgough they are known in katakana… latin is for pseudo release (and the search for recording with latin will work thanks to pseudo release’s tracks)

easy enough to fix, just change the track artists in the release editor (and don't forget to update the recordings too)

yep, recording ids go into the musicbrainz_trackid tag, and trackids go in the musicbrainz_releasetrackid tag (varies depending on format, of course)
