Actually, the flow chart is oversimplifying, because you can change your vote after the fact. Also, a No vote causes an extension of the voting period. :-)

chirlu`: I don’t think that’s true, any more than many renovations are.
If it can still be considered the same place (e.g., the baseball field -> stadium), I would make the type whatever is the most current one, if it still exists, or how it's mostly known now if it no longer exists (e.g., if the stadium was demolished and turned into a parking lot).
