        They don't resolve to anything on Discogs (because backwards compatibility? Psh!) and most of the names are ambigious.

        I mean, it's probably possible to do, by traversing the release they appear on and artists they appear with for their Discogs IDs and then cross-reference with Discogs to fine an ANV matching the original artist in a place that matches MB data... but if you write a bot like that, please don't limit it to just fixing old Discogs URLs. :)
