blup: I generally hate infinite scroll, but the chatlogs seem like a good use of it if ever there was one.

when there's a definite amount of stuff to be scrolled within, and good seek points available, it works. IMO of course.

heh, though it seems that the seekpoints on the right work really badly

(I just tried seeking to "October" and now it only shows me October 1st and 2nd repeating as I scroll up)

where I hate infinite scoll is stuff like facebook/pinterest/etc...where the actual content is arbitrarily decided, instead of a definite, constant set of data.

and it just decides "I'm gonna load some more stuff", not necessarily the stuff before/after the stuff you were looking at already, just more stuff.

So I just spent a couple hours creating a 13-disc release (which required me to add a bunch of new artists). And now when I try to submit it I get: "Bad Gateway: 502"

Hit the back button..... change something....and try again....this worked for me in the past

I am not sure that the changing something actually helps but that´s what I did

I tried about 50 times with no luck, then changed a duration and that fixed it immediately. You're a life saver.

Well that would have really P****** me off, so glad that it worked :)

P.S. Don´t forget to change the duration back :)

blup | hn.. maybe.. one page for each day? iddunno, kinda how liek the old one did it? -- my issue with that is that it artificially breaks up conversations. Any arbitrary split-off point will interrupt conversation reading since conversations don't care about the hour, the day, the month, the year, ... changing from one minute to the next. I agree that infiniscroll is very commonly bad, but I like the

way it's done on BotBot, since it doesn't actually block any navigation elements.
