the point was that if kept freezing, food will keep indefinatly

I do this on a regular basis: by some thing that will expire within days, put it in the freezer and it's good to go for years later

it's a cheese from cow/goat milk, it's brown, and somewhat sweeter since it's been caramelised

I like different cheeses, but not too strong

it depends on it, some are stronger (ekte gjetost), sweeter, (gudbransdal) or milder (mysost)

I tried some ´blue¨ cheese a few years back and it dried the inside of my mouth out hahah

yea, it's whey cheese

I've saved some christmas dinner in the freezer, so i'll eat that once i'm done with removing christmas completely. this tradition :)

A "78" is a 12" record, right?

I have seen 12" 45 RPM discs and 33 1/3 RPM 7" discs

Worldcat lists this specific one as 8".

A lot of old 78 RPM records were non-standard sizes, weren't they?

Maybe that means that this is a 7" and the packaging is 8" something?

I can't add another medium when the current medium has an empty tracklist.

How old is this record?

If it's old enough to be 78 RPM, it's likely to be an unusual size
