The track length on a CD I'm adding is different between what iTunes says and what the back of the case has. Which should I defer to?

MRiddickW: Ideally the actual length of the CD itself. Best probably would be if you would submit the disc ID, then the lengths can be set to the exact times on the disc
And I am noticing that the length 42:20 doesn't match the length in Picard (41:54), so good point. Do I just go back and manually edit the lengths in the tracklist, or is there a better way to do it?

One last question: I don't see any obvious record label on this album, but it does have a catalog number on the spine (KH2020). From a MusicBrainz perspective, does the presense of the latter imply the former, or should I leave it as [no label]?
